The brief carried one hard constraint: the hotel would not close. We sequenced the works two suites at a time, with a sealed containment lobby at each end of the working corridor and all cutting done off site.
Fluted oak panelling was scanned, drawn and machined in our workshop, then dry-fitted in the yard before delivery. Each suite's panelling arrived as a numbered set and went in over a single night shift.
Every suite was returned to the housekeeping team snagged and photographed. Across 31 weeks the programme slipped by four days, absorbed within float.
